Terms of service

SkyBadge organizes training records, reads rosters for staff confirmation, tracks certification dates, sends reminders, and produces reports. It is an administrative tool: compliance decisions, and responsibility for meeting training mandates, remain with your agency. No record is saved without confirmation by your staff.

Service is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with thirty (30) days' notice — email is enough. There are no cancellation fees, and on exit you receive a complete export of your data followed by written confirmation of deletion.

Your agency owns its data — all of it, always. We store it encrypted on U.S. servers, never use it to train AI models, and never sell it. Export is available at all times in standard formats. Details, including our subprocessors, are on the trust page and in the privacy policy.

• Use SkyBadge for training-records administration only.
• Do not upload criminal-case data, medical records, or data about minors.
• Individual accounts only — do not share logins. Unlimited coordinator logins are free, so there is never a reason to.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other agencies' data.

SkyBadge will operate the platform with reasonable skill and care and will notify your agency promptly of any security incident affecting its data.
