Procurement questions, answered
What counts as an officer for pricing?
Sworn and active officers only. Reserves marked inactive, civilian staff, and departed officers whose records you keep for history do not count toward your tier.
Are there any per-seat charges?
Never. Plans are priced by agency size, not by how many people log in. Unlimited coordinator logins are included free, so pricing never rewards password sharing.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for founding agencies. Setup is one afternoon and we do the work.
What is the contract length?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime and your data is exported and returned to you in standard formats.
What happens to our records if we stop paying?
Your account goes read-only for 90 days — you can still view and export everything yourself, free. We never hold records hostage. After the window, we deliver a full export and then delete your data with a written certificate.
Do you have a W-9 / can you register as our vendor?
Yes. We provide a W-9 and complete vendor registration paperwork within one business day.
Do you accept purchase orders?
