Founding agencies
Our first agencies get SkyBadge free for six months and shape what it becomes. In return, we ask for real use and honest feedback. That is the whole deal.
What founding agencies get
- Free access for 6 months — the full product, not a trial tier.
- No setup fee. Setup is one afternoon, and we do the work.
- A direct line to the founder — the person who builds the product answers your calls.
- Your feedback shapes the product. Founding agencies decide what gets built next.
- Founding price of $250/month, locked for 24 months after the pilot if you continue.
What we ask
- Real usage during the pilot — rosters, records, reports.
- Honest complaints. What works, what doesn't, what's missing.
- A designated point of contact, typically the training coordinator.
- If the pilot earns it, permission to request a reference call — which you may decline. Your agency's name and data are never used publicly without prior written permission.
The pilot agreement, in plain English
- The pilot is free for 6 months — no license fees, no setup fees.
- The first 30 days run in shadow mode: SkyBadge works alongside your current system, which stays your system of record.
- Your agency owns all of its data. All of it, always.
- Your data is never used to train AI models, and it is stored encrypted on U.S. servers.
- If you leave, you get a complete export in standard formats plus written confirmation of deletion.
- During the pilot, SkyBadge is an advisory tool — compliance decisions stay with your agency, and no record is saved without your staff's confirmation.
- Either side can end the pilot with 14 days' written notice. Email is fine.
- If you continue after the pilot, the founding price of $250/month is locked for 24 months — month-to-month, cancel anytime.
The full agreement is a draft pending attorney review; we'll send it to you before anything is signed.
Limited spots per state
We onboard each founding agency personally, so spots are limited by our capacity — a few agencies per state, not a marketing scarcity trick. When your state fills, the waitlist holds your place.
