Privacy policy

Two categories, and only two:

• Agency training-records data— officer names, badge numbers, ranks, contact details, courses, certification dates, training records, and roster images, entered or confirmed by your agency's staff.
• Site form contacts — the name, agency, state, role, email, and optional phone number you give us when you join the waitlist or request a demo.

We accept only training-records data: no criminal-case data, no medical records, no data about minors.

• Training-records data exists to run the product your agency signed up for: filing records, tracking expirations, sending reminders, and producing reports.
• Contact-form data exists so the founder can reply to you. That is its only use.

We never sell data, never share it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.

• Agency data is kept for as long as your agency uses SkyBadge. When you leave, you get a complete export, then we delete your data and send written confirmation.
• Contact-form data is kept while the conversation is live; ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Four vendors operate parts of the platform, each bound to these same protections:

• Supabase — database and authentication, hosted in the United States.
• Anthropic — AI processing; no training on your inputs.
• Twilio — SMS and voice reminders.
• Resend — email delivery.

We don't. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of.

California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to hello@skybadge.ai and the founder will respond. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

One honest note for officers: your training records are controlled by your agency, so requests about them are routed through your agency — we will help both of you get it done.

No tracking cookies. This site uses no advertising trackers and no Google Analytics. The application sets only the cookies required to keep you signed in.
