SkyBadge is AI training-compliance software for small police departments and
public safety agencies (roughly 5–75 sworn officers), made by SKY AI LLC in
California. Coordinators photograph paper sign-in rosters; SkyBadge reads them,
matches names to the officer roster, and files training records after a human
confirms every record. It tracks certification expirations, sends SMS/email
reminders, and produces state POST-format reports. AI never decides anything
about a person — it reads paperwork, staff confirm, and every change is written
to an append-only audit log.

## Who it serves

Small law enforcement agencies: training coordinators (who stop retyping
rosters), chiefs (who see department readiness as one percentage plus a
per-officer status board), and officers (who see their own records and confirm
classes by text message).

## Pricing (public)

- Founding agencies: free for 6 months, no setup fee; $250/month locked for
  24 months if they continue.
- Small agency (under 30 sworn officers): $250/month.
- Medium agency (30–75 sworn officers): $500/month.
- Never priced per seat; unlimited coordinator logins included.
- Month-to-month; cancel anytime with full data export.

## Scope and trust

SkyBadge manages training records — personnel data, not criminal justice data.
It does not connect to CJIS systems. Agency data is encrypted, stored on U.S.
servers, never used to train AI models, and exportable at all times.
Subprocessors: Supabase (database, U.S.), Anthropic (AI processing, no training
on inputs), Twilio (SMS/voice), Resend (email).
